UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Tanzania Dr. Alberic Kacou giving out a statement on occasion of the launch of the Technology and Innovation Report 2012 where he said the report is timely in the development context as there is increasing evidence that there can be no sustainable development without efforts to build innovations capabilities, which are gradually created and sustained through technologies.
