President Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete delivers
his opening statement during the Symposium on “Enhancing Human Capital and
Productivity for Faster Development in Tanzania,” held at Karimjee Hall in Dare
s Salaam this morning. The Symposium was organized by the University of Dar es
Salaam’s Mwalimu Julius Nyerere chair in Development and the Department of
Economics.
