Abiria kadhaa akiwemo aliyekua Waziri Mkuu na Mbunge wa Monduli Edward Lowassa leo December 13 wamenusurika baada ya ndege waliyokuwa wakisafiria kupasuka matairi yote manne ya nyuma wakati ilipokuwa ikitua katika uwanja wa ndege wa Arusha Ijumaa December 13 2013.
Ndege hii mali ya shirika la ndege la Precision aina ya ATR ilipata tatizo hili wakati ikitua Arusha ambapo Matairi yote manne ya nyuma kupasuka na kusababisha taharuki kwa abiria.
Jumla ya watu 41 waliokua kwenye ndege hiyo, abiria 39 na wafanyakazi 4 walitoka salama.
Precision Air Flight 422, a flight from Dar es Salaam to Arusha, using ATR 42-600 (code number PWI) departed Dar es Salaam without incident at 11:20am today, 13 December 2013, carrying 37passenger on board. Upon landing in Arusha the aircraft experienced tyre deflation.
All 37 passengers and 4 crews on board are safe.
Due to this, several flights have been impacted and arrangements have
been made to re-route some of our flights to uplift our passengers to
their various destinations as planned. All direct flights to and from
Arusha have been re-routed to Kilimanjaro.
